JC Penney Holiday Fundraiser

Nothing eases the stress of Christmas shopping like sloppy dog kisses!
 

Taking place in November and December, the JC Penney Holiday Event brings in around $5,000 for the animals at CVHS. Run almost exclusively by volunteers, the event takes place on Saturdays and Sundays inside the Newington Fox Run Mall by the JC Penney entrance. Volunteers sell various items, such as dog treats and cat nip toys, as well as collect donations for the animals. Our main attraction is the Doggie Kissing Booth!
 

Featuring all volunteer-owned dogs, the Doggie Kissing Booth is a popular feature at many CVHS events. Kissing booth dogs range from Dachshunds to Dobermans and love to meet new people! For a donation of $1, children and adults alike are invited to kiss or hug the kissing booth dogs. Our biggest draw, the doggie kissing booth brings in over $500 each weekend at JC Penney.
 

New kissing booth dogs are always needed. Dogs must be spayed or neutered, up-to-date on their rabies vaccine, and friendly with strangers - especially children. If you have a friendly dog and would like to get him or her involved in the doggie kissing booth, please contact the Volunteer and Outreach Coordinator at volunteerc@cvhsonline.org.

Sunday, December 9:  12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

 

Saturday, December 15:  10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
