Dover - Tickets are available now for the 7th Annual Creature Comforts Dessert & Coffee Tasting to benefit Cocheco Valley Humane Society in Dover, New Hampshire, now in it's 20th year of caring for Strafford County's homeless pets. The tasting will be held at The Governor's Inn, Rochester on Sunday, February 22 from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m.

Treat your palate as you taste your way around the elegant Governor's Ballroom and cast your vote for the Best Tasting Dessert and Best Presentation to be awarded at the event. The popular event is open to the public and will feature mouth-watering specialty desserts from cheesecake to chocolates donated and served by area confectioneries and restaurants as well as an array of freshly brewed flavored coffees to awaken your taste buds.

Musical guest, Karen Johnson of Clarinetherapy will play soothing selections throughout the afternoon.
These fabulous local establishments have participated for several years: Annabelle's Natural Ice Cream, Chocolates to Remember, Creative Confections, Fogarty's Dessert Bakery, FeastTivities, ConfectionArt, Dormouse Bakers, Great Bay Catering, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Pearl's Bakery, The Pie Guy, Stonehouse Baking Company, Strafford Farms Restaurant and Sweet Dreams Bakery.

All proceeds from the tasting go directly to CVHS and will provide shelter and medical attention for an expected 3000 animals that CVHS will care this year.
